Since moving to Wow Express our undelivered and RTO rates have fallen significantly, which directly improved our margins. Their delivery agents attempt re-delivery properly instead of marking orders failed, and customer complaints about delivery have dropped. Exactly the last-mile partner an e-commerce brand needs.
Lower RTO and genuine re-delivery attempts
Wow Express has been a dependable last-mile and returns partner and the operations team is responsive. The tracking dashboard, however, could use a refresh, filtering and bulk-status views are clunky when we're handling large order batches. The delivery service itself rarely lets us down though.
Dependable delivery and responsive team
Clunky dashboard for bulk orders
Wow Express is quick and reliable for our city deliveries but performance drops off for orders heading to smaller towns, where ETAs slip and updates go quiet. For a last-mile player it's a genuinely mixed picture, great where they're strong and frustrating where they're not. We use them selectively.
Fast and reliable in cities
ETAs slip for smaller-town deliveries
What won us over with Wow Express is how cleanly they manage reverse logistics, refunds get triggered faster because pickups and QC are quick and well documented. Forward delivery is dependable and the integration with our store was painless. A standout for D2C brands dealing with high return rates.
Outstanding reverse logistics and quick refunds
Wow Express handles our metro deliveries reliably and the delivery success rate on first attempt is noticeably better than our previous partner. Their reverse-logistics pickups for returns are quick too. One small gripe is that rural pin-code coverage is still thinner than I'd like.
Strong first-attempt success and fast returns
Thin rural pin-code coverage
