Wonderschool gave me the confidence to open my own preschool and the licensing checklist was genuinely useful. The parent-facing app looks professional. My one frustration is that the billing dashboard occasionally shows delayed payment statuses, which worries families. Otherwise a solid partner for new educators.

I signed up with Wonderschool to launch my in-home childcare and expected hands-on help. Instead the licensing guidance was generic and I struggled to get timely answers when I hit state-specific compliance questions. The platform has potential but I felt left on my own during the hardest part.

Wonderschool walked me through licensing, enrollment and billing for my home-based preschool step by step. Within a few months I had a full roster of families and a proper payment system. The tools for managing parent communication saved me hours every week.
End-to-end startup support, easy billing
Wonderschool genuinely helped me get my childcare business off the ground and the booking system is convenient. That said, the percentage they take from tuition is significant and over time it eats into already thin margins. It's useful, but I keep questioning whether the cost is sustainable.
