We've used Wingify's VWO for a couple of years and the core A/B testing is fine, but recently the dashboard has felt slow and we've hit several editor glitches when building variations. For the price we expected more polish. Disappointed compared to where it used to be.
Core testing still works
Laggy, glitchy editor experience
We installed VWO from Wingify for A/B testing and our Core Web Vitals took an immediate hit, with the script blocking rendering on mobile. Visible flicker on test pages hurt the very conversions we were trying to improve. Removing it fixed our speed scores overnight.
Wingify's VWO has been a reliable workhorse for our conversion experiments and the visual editor makes setting up variations painless for our marketers. The statistical reporting is thorough once you learn it. Knocking off one star because the interpretation of results isn't beginner-friendly.
VWO does solid A/B testing and the heatmaps gave us useful insight into user behaviour. The trouble is that as our traffic grew, the pricing tiers jumped sharply and some features we wanted sat behind higher plans. Genuinely on the fence about renewing.

Heavy script slows page load and causes flicker
Mid-way through an important experiment, our VWO test data simply stopped recording conversions and we couldn't trust any of the results. Support took ages to even acknowledge the issue and never gave a clear root cause. Losing a week of testing on a product launch was a serious blow.
