I gave proper notice to end my WeWork membership but was still billed for the following month, and sorting out the refund took several frustrating emails. The space itself was fine, but the billing experience left a sour taste. They need to make cancellations cleaner and honor notice periods properly.

We took a small private office at WeWork and it's been a good fit for our five-person startup. The all-inclusive setup means we never worry about utilities, cleaning, or printer toner. The community events are a nice bonus, though I do wish the building's AC ran a bit cooler in summer.

AC could be stronger
The WeWork I use has a fantastic buzz, free coffee, and well-designed common areas that make solo work feel less isolating. The downside is that meeting rooms book up fast and the per-credit pricing adds up quickly. It's a nice space but I'm genuinely torn on whether it's worth the monthly cost.

Hosting clients at my WeWork location always lands well thanks to the modern design and polished reception area. The flexibility to scale my desk count up or down month to month suits my consulting business perfectly. My only minor gripe is that phone booths are sometimes all occupied when I need one.

I like that my WeWork membership lets me drop into locations in different cities, which suits my travel schedule. But the desks can get noisy during peak hours and the WiFi has hiccuped on important calls more than once. Useful network of spaces, just not a flawless experience.
