Wellness Forever being open round the clock has saved me on a couple of late-night medicine runs. The staff are usually polite and the cosmetics section is well stocked. That said, availability of specific prescription medicines really depends on which outlet you walk into, so it's a bit of a gamble.

Every Wellness Forever branch I've visited is spotless, well organised and the pharmacists take time to check for generic alternatives that save money. They flagged a duplicate medicine my prescription had and saved me both cash and confusion. Easily the most professional pharmacy chain near me.
Clean outlets, helpful and honest staff
The app and in-store board both advertised a discount on a wellness brand, but at the Wellness Forever counter I was billed full MRP. The cashier said the offer wasn't loaded in their system and couldn't fix it. Paying more than the promoted price for the same product left me annoyed.

My daughter spiked a fever past midnight and the nearest Wellness Forever had the syrup and a thermometer in stock when nothing else was open. The pharmacist even explained the dosage clearly and didn't rush us. Genuinely grateful this chain exists and keeps proper round-the-clock hours.

I do most of my monthly pharmacy and wellness shopping at Wellness Forever because the loyalty points genuinely add up and there are regular offers. Range of supplements and personal care is wide. The only thing that tests my patience is the slow billing queue during evening rush.
