The dual-comfort Wakefit mattress is genuinely comfortable and being able to flip between firm and soft sides is clever. Quality of the foam feels solid for the price. Only issue was delivery running several days past the promised date with little communication, otherwise I'd have no complaints.
Clever dual-comfort design, good value
Delivery was delayed
My Wakefit mattress felt great at first but developed a noticeable body-shaped dip on my side within about a year. For a product marketed on long-term support that's disappointing. The warranty claim is still dragging on, which has made the whole experience feel like a hassle.
Premature sagging; slow warranty process
Very happy with my Wakefit memory foam mattress overall. It supports my spine well and the firmness suits side sleeping. There was a noticeable new-foam smell for the first few days that took a while to air out, but once it cleared it's been comfortable and supportive.

Initial off-gassing smell
The Wakefit orthopaedic mattress completely fixed my back pain. It arrived rolled and compact, expanded perfectly within a day, and the firmness is exactly right for me. The 100-night trial gave me confidence to buy online, and I never even needed it. Best sleep purchase I've made.
Excellent back support, easy setup
Beyond the mattress I also bought a Wakefit bed frame and pillows, and the whole set has been brilliant. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions, the build quality is sturdy, and everything arrived well packed. For direct-to-consumer home furniture this is fantastic value.
