Let down badly this time. I paid for a bag including buyer protection, the seller marked it shipped, but it never arrived and the tracking showed it had never moved. Opening a dispute meant waiting over a week for a resolution and chasing support repeatedly. I did get refunded eventually, but the process was far more stressful than it should have been.

Buying on Vinted has been good value and most of my purchases arrived as described. The experience really depends on the individual seller though; some ship within a day while others take a week to even respond. The buyer protection gives peace of mind, which is why I keep using it.

I love that Vinted lets me give clothes a second life and declutter my own wardrobe at the same time. Selling is straightforward and the integrated shipping labels make posting easy. My only small complaint is that some buyers haggle quite aggressively, but you can just decline. Overall a great community.

Vinted is brilliant for finding second-hand designer pieces at a fraction of retail. I've scored some real bargains and most sellers describe items honestly with plenty of photos. The minor gripe is that the buyer protection fee on top of postage can add up on cheaper items, but it's still great value.

Vinted helped me track down a coat I'd been after for ages at a third of the original price, and it arrived in genuinely excellent condition. The seller was lovely and quick to post. Minor gripe is the app's search filters could be sharper, but I can't argue with the result.
