Hero's Vida scooter has impressed me no end. The removable batteries are brilliant for charging up in my flat, the build feels solid, and the connected features actually work well. Backed by Hero MotoCorp's network too. A genuinely well-rounded electric scooter that I happily recommend.

Bitterly disappointed with my Vida. The charging system developed a fault that left a battery refusing to charge, and I was stuck without transport for days. Despite Hero's network, getting it diagnosed and fixed took far too long. A connected scooter is no use when it won't charge.

Really enjoying my Vida, it's comfortable, nippy and the connected app is genuinely useful. Happy overall. The only minor gripe is that one of the removable batteries occasionally takes longer to register on the charger, needing a reseat. Small issue on an otherwise excellent electric scooter.
