I had prepped and fasted for a scheduled procedure at Vasan Eye Care only to be told on arrival it was postponed with no proper reason or prior call. This happened twice and no one took responsibility. Completely unacceptable handling of a surgical appointment.
Repeated last-minute surgery cancellations
For a routine refraction and new glasses, Vasan Eye Care does the job at a reasonable price. When I asked about a more complex retinal concern, though, the answers felt vague and I ended up seeking a second opinion. Fine for the simple stuff, less so beyond that.

My experience at Vasan Eye Care has varied a lot. One visit the doctor was thorough and unhurried, another time it felt rushed and impersonal. The clinical results were fine but the consistency leaves something to be desired. Hard to give a firm recommendation.

Vasan Eye Care handled my mother's cataract surgery beautifully. The ophthalmologist was reassuring, the operation was painless and brief, and her vision is sharper than it has been in years. The follow-up checks were prompt and caring. Genuinely impressed.
Painless surgery, excellent vision recovery
Went to Vasan Eye Care for blurry vision and the optometrist did a careful, detailed examination and explained the findings well. The clinic just seemed short on staff that day so there was some waiting between steps. Still, happy with the care I received.
