What keeps me with US Cellular is the support, I can walk into a local store and get a real answer instead of an endless phone menu. They waived a fee for me once just for being a loyal customer. The network reliability is the icing on the cake.

US Cellular has treated me well, the store staff actually know me and sorted a phone upgrade quickly. Coverage in my area is strong. My only minor gripe is that they don't offer quite as many plan choices as the bigger national carriers do.

I live well outside town and US Cellular is the only network that gives me real bars at home, where the national carriers leave me searching for signal. Calls are clear and data is plenty fast for streaming. For rural folks this regional carrier is a lifesaver.
