UrbanClap Home did an outstanding job sanitising our apartment before we moved in. The two-person team was punctual, methodical, and left the kitchen and washrooms sparkling. They even cleaned the window grilles and exhaust fan without being asked. Genuinely impressed and will book again.
Methodical, went beyond the brief
I expected a proper deep clean from UrbanClap Home but the result was disappointing. Corners, the chimney, and behind appliances were barely touched, and the bathroom grout still looked dirty. The worker was polite but clearly rushing to finish. Not worth the deep-clean price I paid.

This was a frustrating experience with UrbanClap Home. The cleaner started the bathroom sanitation, then claimed he needed more supplies and simply left, never coming back. I was charged for a partial service and resolving it through support took several days. Completely unacceptable for a paid deep clean.

Booked a full home deep clean through UrbanClap Home and the team scrubbed the kitchen and bathrooms to a really high standard. They brought their own machines and chemicals and worked steadily for hours. Only gripe is they ran a bit over the estimated time, which I had to adjust around.

The cleaning itself by UrbanClap Home was okay, but at the end the worker insisted on extra charges for areas I thought were included in the package. The final amount was noticeably higher than the app quote with little explanation. Left me feeling the pricing was not honest.
