I paid my Ultraviolette booking amount expecting timely delivery and instead got silence. The delivery date moved repeatedly with no proactive updates, and reaching anyone helpful was a struggle. For a premium-priced electric motorcycle, this level of service is frustrating and unprofessional.
Endless delays, unresponsive support
The Ultraviolette F77 has changed my mind about electric motorcycles entirely, the acceleration is genuinely addictive and the build feels premium. Really happy with it. The one gripe is fast-charging infrastructure for it is still limited where I live, so I plan around home charging.

Hugely disappointed with my F77. Within a few weeks the onboard charging started throwing errors and the bike refused to charge fully, leaving me stranded twice. Support acknowledged it but a fix has dragged on for ages. A performance EV you can't reliably charge is useless.

The F77 is a stunning piece of Indian engineering and the performance is genuinely exciting. I'm torn though, because the claimed range and what I actually get in spirited riding differ quite a bit. Love the bike, just wish the marketing matched the everyday reality more honestly.
