Ordered three indoor plants from Ugaoo and every one arrived in perfect health, well-rooted and carefully packed with soil intact. The care instructions tucked in the box were genuinely helpful for a beginner like me. A month on, all three are flourishing on my balcony.

I bought a vegetable seed kit from Ugaoo and despite following every instruction precisely, not a single seed germinated after weeks. When I reached out about the dud batch, the support team was slow and ultimately unhelpful, offering no replacement. Money and a whole season wasted.

Ugaoo turned me into a plant parent. The seeds I bought had an excellent germination rate and the self-watering pots are brilliant for forgetful waterers like me. Their blog and instructions make gardening approachable, and the whole order reached me in great shape.

The ceramic planters and potting mix from Ugaoo are great quality and have given my succulents a real upgrade. Delivery was reasonably quick and everything was as described. Only small issue is that one bag of potting soil had split slightly in transit and made a bit of a mess.

While two of my Ugaoo plants were fine, the third arrived wilted with yellowing leaves and a cracked nursery pot. It clearly hadn't travelled well and despite following the revival tips it didn't make it. Disappointing for an order I'd been excited about.
