Typeform makes our forms feel modern and our completion rates are noticeably higher than with plain forms. I am happy overall, though exporting responses to a clean format for analysis is fiddlier than I would like and sometimes the formatting gets messy. Still my go-to survey builder.

Clunky data export
Typeform completely changed our survey response rates. The one-question-at-a-time flow feels conversational and people actually finish them, which never happened with our old static forms. The logic jumps let us personalize the questions and the results dashboard is genuinely a pleasure to read.
Gorgeous design, higher completion rates
We used Typeform for customer feedback and the difference in engagement was immediate. The conditional logic let us ask follow-up questions only when relevant, and embedding the form on our site took two minutes. The integrations pushed responses straight into our spreadsheet automatically. Brilliant tool.
Smart logic, easy embedding
There is no denying Typeform builds the nicest looking forms around and the experience for respondents is lovely. My hesitation is the monthly response caps on the cheaper plans, which a couple of our campaigns blew through fast, forcing an upgrade. Great product, awkward pricing for growing teams.

Building interactive surveys in Typeform is genuinely fun and the templates gave us a professional result without a designer. The only thing keeping it from five stars is that the embedded forms can take a moment to load on slower connections, which a few mobile users mentioned. Otherwise excellent.
