I flew Turkish Airlines from Mumbai to London and was genuinely impressed: the food was restaurant quality even in economy, the entertainment selection was huge, and the crew were lovely. The new lounge in Istanbul during my layover was a highlight too. Outstanding all round.

I treated myself to business on a Turkish Airlines transatlantic flight and it was exceptional, from the on-board chef service to the lie-flat seat and the wonderful lounge in Istanbul. The crew anticipated everything before I asked. It rivalled airlines charging far more.
Premium cabin and lounge well above the price
Turkish Airlines consistently offers fares lower than rival carriers for the same routes, and the service quality doesn't suffer for it. My flight to Bangkok was on time and comfortable. The only minor downside was a limited vegetarian option that ran out before reaching my row.

Turkish Airlines connects me to so many destinations through Istanbul that I rarely look elsewhere for Europe trips. The cabin crew were attentive and the legroom in economy was better than most. Knocked off a star only because boarding felt a little disorganised.
