Day to day Turkcell has been great, fast data and clear calls wherever I am in the city. I'm happy overall. My one gripe is that an add-on I cancelled still showed on the next bill and I had to call to sort it out, though they did fix it. Still a provider I'd recommend.

Turkcell consistently delivers blazing speeds across Istanbul and even on the ferries my connection stays strong. Their digital services like the TV app are a great bonus included with my plan. Setting everything up took minutes and the network has never let me down. Superb.

I've been very happy with Turkcell's coverage and call clarity, and the data plans give plenty of headroom for streaming. The only minor frustration is the app sometimes makes me re-verify when I just want to check my balance. Aside from that, a genuinely strong provider.

Turkcell's quality is undeniable, the signal is strong and the digital extras are nice to have. On the other hand, the monthly cost is higher than rivals offering similar data. I keep weighing whether the premium is worth it, and honestly I go back and forth. A fair middle ground.

I signed up for a clearly advertised data plan but my Turkcell bill came in noticeably higher with a charge I never agreed to for some premium service. Getting it removed meant a long support call and the explanation was vague. The network is fine but this left a sour taste.
