TUI took the stress out of a two-week family trip to Turkey, with everything from flights to the all-inclusive resort booked seamlessly. The kids' club and transfers were exactly as promised and the rep sorted a room upgrade for us. We'll absolutely book with them again.

Our TUI holiday to Mallorca was great value and the hotel was even nicer than expected. The only frustration was the online check-in for the flights, which kept erroring and made us call to sort it. A small hiccup in an otherwise excellent break.

We took a Mediterranean cruise through TUI and the whole experience, from boarding to the excursions in each port, was beautifully run. The cabin was spotless and the staff genuinely attentive. Combining the flights and cruise in one booking made it completely hassle-free.

Our TUI package to Crete was well organised, from the flights to the transfers and a lovely hotel, all handled in one place. The rep on site was helpful too. The only minor disappointment was that the advertised pool area was partly under renovation when we arrived.
