TruGreen has kept my lawn in good shape over the past year and the weed control is genuinely effective. A couple of appointments got pushed back due to weather, which is understandable, but the rescheduling wasn't always communicated promptly. Still happy overall.

The core lawn care from TruGreen does work and my grass is healthier than before. What wears on me is the constant calls trying to add aeration, tree and shrub plans, and other services. The treatments are good, I just wish they'd ease off the sales pressure.

I signed up with TruGreen hoping to fix some bare patches but after several treatments my lawn actually looked patchier and there were burn marks in a few spots. The technician visits felt rushed and I didn't get clear guidance on watering. Disappointed with the outcome.
Treatments damaged the lawn
My lawn was thin and full of crabgrass before TruGreen took over. After their custom fertilization and weed control program it's now the best looking yard on the street. The technician explains each application and gives tailored watering tips. Worth every penny.
Lush results, knowledgeable technicians
TruGreen has my lawn looking noticeably greener and thicker after a season of treatments, and the weeds are mostly gone. The one thing that bugs me is they often show up without advance notice, so I can't always make sure the gate's unlocked. Good results otherwise.
