Booking KAI train tickets through Tiket.com is so much easier than queuing at the station, and seat selection works well. I knocked off a star only because the seat map occasionally lagged when I tried to choose. Still a big time-saver every trip.

I paid in full through Tiket.com for a hotel in Bali, but when I arrived the property had no record of my reservation and turned me away at midnight. Support took two days to respond and the refund process was painful. A confirmed booking should mean a confirmed booking.
