I genuinely like Thinkific for selling my courses, and the back end is reliable and easy to manage. The frustration is the limited design flexibility on the site themes, so my pages look a little similar to everyone else's without buying into code edits. Good platform overall, just wish the front-end was more customisable.

Thinkific is excellent at the core job of building and hosting courses, and my students find it easy to use. Where I feel torn is the built-in marketing and email features, which are weaker than I hoped, so I rely on external tools. Great foundation, but you will likely bolt on extras to actually grow sales.
