The casual joggers I bought look great and the fan merch designs are genuinely cool. The disappointing part was delivery taking over two weeks with barely any tracking updates, and one item arrived later than the rest. Decent products, but the shipping experience needs work.

Everything I've bought from The Souled Store, from joggers to graphic tees, has been excellent. The licensed designs are unique, the fabric is comfortable for Indian summers, and the sizing chart is accurate. Fast delivery and good packaging too. Genuinely a brand I recommend to every friend.

Excited to get an officially licensed t-shirt, but the print started cracking and peeling after just two gentle washes. For merchandise that's all about the graphic, that's a real letdown. The base tee is fine, but a cracked logo defeats the whole point of buying licensed apparel.

I ordered a specific anime hoodie and received a completely different design in the wrong size. After raising a complaint I was told the correct one was out of stock and offered store credit instead of the product I actually paid for. Really frustrating for a brand built on fandom merch.
Wrong item shipped, no proper resolution
I ordered a Marvel oversized tee and a Friends mug from The Souled Store and the print quality blew me away. The graphics are crisp, the cotton is soft, and nothing faded after washing. As a fan of official merch this is exactly what I was hoping for.
