Disappointed with my last experience. The Iconic's tracking said my order was delivered but nothing turned up at my door. It took several days and a few emails before they agreed to resend, and the original item was by then out of stock so I had to take a refund instead. The communication could have been much faster.

The Iconic is great for next-day delivery in the city and the range of brands is impressive. The frustrating part is that popular sizes sell out almost as soon as items drop, so I've missed out a few times. When I do snag what I want, the experience is smooth. A genuinely mixed feeling.

I buy most of my running and gym gear from The Iconic and the quality has been consistently good. Delivery is quick and returns are free, which makes trying sizes easy. My only minor gripe is the app occasionally shows items as available that are actually out of stock at checkout.

The Iconic makes online fashion shopping painless with a huge selection and a really simple free returns process. My recent order of two dresses arrived next day and one fit perfectly. Sending the other back took five minutes. The only small thing is prices are full retail with fewer sales than I'd like.

The fit was spot on and the quality lovely. Free returns sealed it, though I didn't need them. Brilliant service.
