The Grounds Guys have been maintaining my property for a full season and they're outstanding. The crew is punctual, the lawn is always perfectly cut and edged, and they proactively flagged a drainage issue I hadn't noticed. Professional, friendly, and genuinely reliable.

The Grounds Guys started a yard cleanup and mulching job at my home but left before edging and hauling away the debris as quoted. Trying to get them back to finish took multiple unanswered messages. For the price I expected the whole job done properly.
My scheduled maintenance with The Grounds Guys ran way behind and when the crew did arrive they skipped the back section of the yard entirely. I had to call to point it out. The franchise quality clearly varies and this visit fell short.

Booked The Grounds Guys for a fall cleanup and they did a thorough job clearing leaves and trimming back the beds. The yard looked great afterward. The only hiccup was that the invoice came in slightly higher than the verbal estimate, which they did explain when I asked.
