I placed an order with The Good Bowl, waited well over the estimated time, and it simply never showed up. The app marked it delivered but nothing reached my door. Getting hold of support to claim a refund was a slow, frustrating ordeal. Completely ruined my lunch plans.
Order marked delivered but never arrived
The Good Bowl sits in the middle for me. Some orders are flavourful and generous, while others feel rushed with smaller portions. The biryani is the safe bet and is usually good. I keep ordering because when it lands well it is satisfying, but it is a coin toss.

Usually fine, but my latest order from The Good Bowl was a letdown. The wrap was under-seasoned and the bowl had far more rice than filling, which felt poor value for the price. It was edible but disappointing compared to what I have had before from them.

The Good Bowl impressed me with their handi biryani bowl, fragrant rice, tender chicken and a perfectly portioned single serve. It arrived hot, beautifully packed and ahead of schedule. The accompanying raita was fresh too. A reliable choice for a proper meal at my desk.

The Good Bowl does a satisfying job with their biryani bowls and wraps. The portions are filling and the flavours are homely rather than greasy. Delivery came warm and on time for lunch. Only small gripe is that the wrap was a little soggy by the time it arrived.
