Terminix sent a technician who actually inspected the whole house, found where the ants were getting in, and treated it thoroughly. Two days later the trail was completely gone. The tech explained everything and was respectful of our home. Couldn't ask for more.
Terminix sorted out a wasp nest and a recurring ant issue at our place efficiently and the technicians are friendly. My one gripe is the annual contract auto-renewal wasn't explained clearly upfront. Aside from that paperwork hiccup, the pest control itself has been reliable.

The actual pest control work from Terminix has been effective and our rodent issue cleared up. However, getting appointments scheduled is frustrating, with a couple of missed windows and long phone holds. The service is good when they show up, just wish the booking side was smoother.
