TELUS PureFibre at our place is fast and stable, and we haven't had a single outage in months of streaming and video calls. Getting it installed took longer to schedule than I expected, but once the tech arrived the work was clean and tidy. Very happy with the day-to-day service.

Bundling our mobile lines with TELUS home internet brought the overall cost down nicely and the network performance is excellent in Calgary. The app is easy to use for paying bills and checking data. My one small gripe is that the promotional pricing has an end date that crept up on me.

I can't fault the TELUS network itself, coverage and speeds have been dependable. What keeps it at a mixed rating is how often I get pitched add-ons and upgrades, whether I call in or use the app. The core service is good, the constant selling is a bit much.

TELUS has been my mobile carrier for three years and the coverage across BC, even on hiking trails, is honestly the best I've used. The signal almost never drops. The only thing holding back five stars is that the plans cost a bit more than I'd like for the data I get.
