The TCL panel itself is sharp and colours are punchy, and setup was painless. However the built-in speakers are weak and tinny, so I had to add a soundbar to make it watchable for films. Good value if you factor in extra audio, but a mixed bag out of the box.

My TCL television looked fantastic at first and still has a lovely picture, but I've noticed some backlight unevenness in dark scenes over time. Support was polite but couldn't really resolve it. For the money it's fine, yet I'm not sure I'd buy the same model again.
The TCL TV picture quality genuinely impressed me for what I paid, but the smart platform occasionally stutters and an app crashed a couple of times. When it works it's great, when it lags it's frustrating. I'm genuinely on the fence about recommending it.
Bought a TCL smartphone as a backup and it's been better than expected, with a clean interface and a battery that genuinely lasts all day. The display is surprisingly nice for the price. Only minor gripe is the camera struggles a little indoors.

My TCL 4K TV delivers a huge bright picture and the Google TV interface is smooth and easy to navigate. For the size I got, nothing else came close on price. My only gripe is the included remote feels a bit flimsy, but the picture more than makes up for it.
