Tatcha's Water Cream feels luxurious and my skin does look smoother, no doubt about the formula quality. The problem is the price is eye-watering and the jar empties faster than I'd like. I'm torn between loving the results and resenting the cost per use.

I had high hopes for Tatcha given the luxury reputation, but the Water Cream caused small bumps along my jaw within a week of use. At this price point a breakout is hard to swallow. Disappointing experience for what's marketed as gentle skincare.
My biggest issue with Tatcha is the value. The cleansing oil itself is nice, but the bottle is small and the price is steep enough that I rationed every pump. For luxury money I expected a more generous amount of product. Felt let down on value.
Ordering Tatcha to India ended up far more expensive than expected once customs and duties were added, nearly doubling the cost. The product is fine but didn't feel transformative enough to justify what I ultimately paid. Won't be repurchasing at that price.

Tatcha's Dewy Skin Cream gives my dry winter skin the most beautiful hydrated glow and the Japanese-inspired ingredients feel gentle. It's pricey but a little goes a fair way. Only minor gripe is the heavy fragrance, which I wish they'd tone down.
