SSENSE is my trusted source for designer pieces because everything has been 100% authentic with proper tags and dust bags. The streetwear selection is unmatched. My one gripe is that international duties and shipping pushed the final cost noticeably higher than checkout first suggested, so budget for that.

The edit on SSENSE is consistently on point and I always find pieces I can't get elsewhere. Items have arrived genuine and as described. The only small letdown is that for the price point, the packaging is quite plain compared to other luxury retailers. The product quality more than makes up for it though.

SSENSE regularly stocks drops and labels that sell out everywhere else, and that alone keeps me loyal. Delivery to my region has been reasonably quick. My minor gripe is that the final-sale items can't be returned, so you have to be confident on sizing before committing.

Really frustrated with SSENSE. I placed an order for a jacket I'd waited months to find, the payment was taken, and then days later the order was abruptly cancelled citing a stock issue. The refund took over a week and by then the piece was gone everywhere. For a luxury retailer this was a deeply disappointing way to handle it.
