We've had Sodexo managing our food and facilities services for a while and overall they do a good job keeping things running. The catering is reliable and the soft services are well coordinated. The lunch menu does cycle a bit too often, but that's a small thing.

Since Sodexo took over our on-site dining, employee satisfaction has gone way up. The chefs cater to dietary needs, the salad bar is fresh daily, and the facilities team keeps everything spotless. They've clearly thought about the whole employee experience, not just the food.

The Sodexo team at our facility delivers great food and the on-site services run smoothly. I do use their pre-ordering app and it occasionally drops my order or shows the wrong menu. The in-person experience more than makes up for it though.

Sodexo runs the dining services at our campus and the food quality has genuinely improved morale around the office. There's good variety and the staff are friendly. My only minor gripe is that some of the hot meal portions feel a bit small for the price.
