We rolled out SmartRecruiters across our talent team and the difference in our hiring process was immediate. The collaborative scorecards and clean candidate pipeline made interviews far more organised, and the careers page integration looks great. As an ATS for a large org it has been excellent.

SmartRecruiters gives our recruiters everything from sourcing to offer management in one place, and the reporting helps us track time-to-hire properly. New team members do take a little while to learn all the configuration options. Once they do, it is a very capable platform.
Our recruiters love the candidate experience and the interview scheduling inside SmartRecruiters. The platform is reliable and the support team is responsive when we raise tickets. The one area I would push on is more advanced analytics out of the box rather than building custom dashboards.

Onboarding new users takes time
We chose SmartRecruiters expecting smooth data flow but syncing candidate records with our existing HRIS turned into a drawn-out project. Some fields would not map cleanly and support escalations moved slowly. The ATS itself is fine, but the integration pain soured the rollout for us.
