Skai genuinely does a lot and the retail media coverage is broad, which we value. That said, the cost is steep for a mid-size advertiser and some of the AI bidding features feel like they overlap with what the ad networks already offer for free. I'm torn on whether the premium is justified for our volume.

We've been happy with Skai for managing paid search and commerce ads together. The automation rules are flexible and the support team knows their stuff. Only gripe is that large custom report exports sometimes take a while to generate.

Skai's omnichannel view finally gave our team a single source of truth, and the budget pacing alerts have saved us from overspend more than once.
