Really enjoying my Simple One, the performance and range are everything the brand promised and it looks fantastic. Happy customer. My only concern is service centres are still sparse outside the metros, so I hope they expand support soon as more riders come on board.

Genuinely impressed with my Simple One's real-world range, it comfortably handles my Bangalore commute on a single charge and the acceleration is punchy. Happy overall. The companion app is a bit buggy and occasionally loses connection, but the scooter itself delivers.

Booked my Simple One months ago expecting a smart scooter and have been met with delay after delay. The promised delivery timeline slipped repeatedly and getting a straight answer from support was impossible. For a startup asking for booking money upfront, this is unacceptable.

The Simple One has exceeded my expectations completely. The range is class-leading, the ride quality is plush over potholes, and the regen braking is smartly tuned. After the wait it was worth it. Charging at home overnight covers my whole week of city riding effortlessly.
