SF Express delivered my urgent parcel across provinces in under 24 hours and the condition was perfect. The pickup was prompt, the app tracking was precise to the minute, and the delivery agent was professional. For express logistics they set the benchmark and I will keep using them.

SF Express can be impressively quick thanks to their air network, and some of my parcels have arrived next day. But the consistency varies, with a couple of shipments sitting at a sorting hub far longer than expected. Genuinely torn because the speed potential is great but the reliability is uneven.
