Moving to a new city for a job is daunting, but Settl's managed co-living took all the worry out of it. The room was clean and ready, the WiFi was fast from day one, and the housekeeping and meals meant I could settle in immediately. The community of working professionals made it feel like home.
Move-in ready, great community
Settl gets a lot right with the furnished rooms, cleaning, and all-inclusive billing that makes life simple for a working professional like me. However the meal quality swings from genuinely good to quite bland depending on the day. I'm torn because the convenience is excellent but the food really brings the experience down.
Settl's co-living model is genuinely convenient for someone new to the city, and the furnished rooms with included utilities save a lot of hassle. That said, when I raised a plumbing issue it took a few reminders before anyone showed up. The idea and community are great, but operational consistency needs work.
My Settl accommodation has been comfortable and well maintained, with regular housekeeping and decent food. The location is convenient for my office commute and the staff respond reasonably quickly to requests. My only minor gripe is that the common areas can get crowded on weekends.

I moved out of my Settl property after giving proper notice and the room in good condition, but getting my security deposit back turned into a month of repeated follow-ups and vague responses. The stay itself was fine, but holding onto a tenant's deposit like this is not acceptable for a managed co-living brand.
