Sagawa Express has been dependable for our regular business parcel runs, with consistent pickup times and careful handling of fragile items. The drivers know our area well and deliveries land within the expected window. Only minor gripe is that their customer phone line can be slow to reach during busy hours.

My Sagawa Express parcel showed up with a noticeably dented corner and the protective packaging inside had shifted. While the contents were thankfully fine, the rough handling was disappointing for a courier I usually rely on for business freight. I hope this was a one-off and not a sign of declining care.
