I registered interest in two projects on RoofandFloor and requested a callback to arrange visits. Despite filling the form twice, nobody contacted me for over a week, and by then one project was nearly sold out. The listings look good but the follow-up let me down badly.

Coming from The Hindu Group, RoofandFloor feels more credible than most property sites and the Chennai project listings were accurate. I appreciated the verified builder details. The only thing missing for me was a deeper rental inventory, but for buying it was excellent.
