We run two businesses from home and Rogers cable internet has handled everything we throw at it without complaint. Speeds are consistent during the day and upload is good enough for big file transfers. Wish the modem they supplied had better wifi range, but I added my own and it's perfect now.
Consistent business-grade speeds
Supplied modem wifi range is limited
The Rogers network covers everywhere I go in the GTA and the cable internet is quick. My issue is that the bill never seems to match what I was quoted, and sorting it out means a long call every few months. I'm torn because the actual service is fine.
Wide GTA coverage
Billing rarely matches the quote
I moved my whole family to Rogers and the shared data plan works well for us. The 5G is genuinely fast downtown and the app lets me track everyone's usage easily. Only minor complaint is that support chat can be slow to connect during busy hours.
Good family plan and fast 5G
Slow support chat at peak times
Rogers gives me solid download speeds at home and the mobile data is fast when it works. But I've lived through two longer outages this year that knocked out both internet and phone at the same time, which is a real problem when you rely on it. When it's up it's good, when it's down it's painful.
Fast speeds most of the time
Occasional widespread outages
Rogers mobile has been reliable for calls and texts and the data is generally fast. On the other hand, every time I want to change a plan I feel like I'm negotiating, and loyalty doesn't seem to count for much at renewal. Solid network, tiring customer experience.
Reliable calls and data
Renewals feel like a negotiation
