Rocketlane handles customer onboarding well and the templates speed up kicking off new implementations. Where I'm torn is the resource management and capacity planning, which feel thinner than a dedicated PSA. It's a strong fit if onboarding is your main use case, but we still juggle resourcing in another tool.

Rocketlane has become the hub for our professional services projects and clients love being able to follow progress without chasing us. The document collaboration inside a project saves us bouncing between tools. My one minor frustration is that searching across many projects for an old task isn't as quick as I'd like, but it's a small thing.
