Rivigo has handled several of our long-haul loads and the transit times are genuinely faster than the traditional carriers we used before. The relay driver system seems to keep trucks moving. Billing could be clearer, but service is good.

We booked a full-truckload shipment with Rivigo and it arrived two days behind schedule. The relay model is interesting in theory, but in practice I struggled to get a clear status when the truck went silent. The delay cost us at the warehouse.

When Rivigo delivers on the relay promise the speed is excellent and we are thrilled. The problem is consistency, as a few shipments faced delays without warning. I am genuinely torn because the good runs are very good and the bad ones are frustrating.

A consignment moved by Rivigo arrived with several cartons crushed and the claim process went nowhere. Despite photos and documentation, we were passed between people with no resolution. For a tech-forward trucking company this was a frustrating let-down.

We shifted our regular freight to Rivigo and the difference is real. Loads that took four days now arrive in two and a half thanks to their driver relay approach. Tracking is accurate and the team is responsive. Very impressed with the tech-driven model.
