Rentokil handles pest control across several of our sites and the consistency between locations is impressive. The treatments are effective and the account management is solid. Occasionally the local branch scheduling slips, but it's never affected results. Happy overall.

Rentokil did clear our office rodent problem after a couple of visits, and the technician knew his stuff. The frustration was on the admin side, with confirmation emails that didn't match the actual appointment times. Good results, patchy communication, so I'm genuinely on the fence.
