Flavourful food and reliable packaging
I like that Rebel Foods runs several delivery brands so I can mix a biryani and a dessert from what is essentially the same kitchen in one order. Food arrived hot and well sealed. Only minor niggle was that one of the side dishes was smaller than the photo suggested.
The meals from Rebel Foods brands rarely disappoint and the quality is consistent across orders. I had a slightly annoying experience where a coupon would not apply at checkout despite being advertised. Customer chat sorted it eventually, but the offers section could be clearer.
Really impressed with Rebel Foods. I ordered across two of their brands in a single basket and everything arrived hot, fresh and exactly as described. The biryani was fragrant and the dessert was a perfect finish. This is how delivery-only dining should be done.
Ordered from one of the Rebel Foods brands and the food turned up well past the promised time and lukewarm. The packaging had leaked a bit too. The taste was okay once reheated but for a delivery-only operation, getting the delivery part wrong is a real problem.
