Rappi's strength is how much you can order in one place, from tacos to toothpaste, and it all turns up quickly. Delivery is dependable and the app runs smoothly. The one thing holding back a fifth star is that in-app product prices tend to be a bit above what I'd pay at the store.

Rappi is incredibly handy, I can order lunch, top up my pantry and even get a pharmacy run done all from one app. Delivery has been fast and the couriers keep me updated through the chat. The Prime subscription wiped out my delivery fees and pays for itself within a couple of weeks.
I rely on Rappi for nearly everything and it rarely lets me down, food arrives hot and the grocery picks are usually spot on. The app is easy to navigate and promos pop up often. My only gripe is that when something does go wrong, reaching customer support takes longer than I'd like.

Versatile, fast, Prime saves on fees
My last Rappi order was missing two items and the courier marked it as fully delivered. Getting a refund turned into a frustrating loop through the in-app chat with no clear resolution for days. The convenience is great when it works, but being charged for things I never received is unacceptable.
