The neonatal team at Rainbow Children's Hospital looked after our premature baby in the NICU with incredible skill and compassion. The pediatricians explained every step and the facilities are spotless and child-friendly. The only sting was the cost, which is on the higher side, but for our child's care we'd pay it again.

Rainbow handled my wife's delivery and now our baby's check-ups, and having women's health and pediatrics together has been so convenient. The staff are warm and the hygiene standards are excellent. I'd give five stars if the billing counter were a bit quicker, but we're very happy overall.

We've taken both our kids to Rainbow and the specialists are genuinely good with children. The women's-health side helped my wife during pregnancy too. But it gets very busy and feels expensive for routine visits. The quality is there, I'm just not always sure it's worth the premium for minor issues.

Rainbow's pediatricians are clearly experts and my daughter is always comfortable there thanks to the playful, kid-focused environment. The frustration is that even booked appointments routinely run an hour or more behind. The clinical care is excellent, so I keep going back, but the scheduling really tests you.
