Proximus rolled fibre to our building and the whole process was smooth, from booking to the technician arriving exactly on time. Speeds are superb and the Wi-Fi reaches every corner of the apartment now. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade.

Bundled my internet, TV and mobile with Proximus and it saves money versus separate plans. The TV box is responsive and broadband is steady all evening. Setting up the bundle involved more forms than I expected, but support helped me through it.

My Proximus mobile plan gives me strong 4G and 5G across Belgium and even handles the train tunnels well. Data never runs short on my plan. The MyProximus app occasionally lags when I check usage, but that is a small annoyance against an otherwise good service.

Proximus broadband has kept my home office running without interruption for over a year, which is exactly what I need for video calls. Customer service in French was helpful when I added a line. I just wish the entry-level plan included a bit more upload speed.

I have been with Proximus for mobile and internet for a while and the experience is consistently positive. The network is reliable and the support staff are courteous and quick. Only minor thing is the occasional promotional email overload, but the service itself is great.
