A pipe burst at 11pm and The Pink Plumber had someone at our door within the hour. He stopped the flooding, replaced the section of pipe and cleaned up after himself. Calm, fast and professional when we were panicking. Absolute lifesavers.

The Pink Plumber technician who came out was friendly and fixed our leaking water heater properly. The quality of the repair was solid. What gives me pause is the final bill came in noticeably higher than the rough estimate over the phone. Good work, just wish the pricing had been clearer.

The Pink Plumber cleared a clogged drain for us but within two weeks the same drain backed up again. When I called about the warranty there was a delay getting someone back out. The original technician was pleasant enough, but paying for a repair that didn't last was disappointing.
