The idea behind Pidge, smart last-mile aggregation for businesses, is exactly what we needed, and when it works it saves us both time and money. The execution is uneven though, with delivery reliability depending heavily on the assigned partner. Genuinely torn, because the platform is good but the outcomes vary.

Pidge has actually simplified our operations by letting us route hyperlocal orders across partners from one place, and the cost optimisation has been real. Most deliveries go through smoothly and the integration was straightforward. My minor gripe is the occasional assignment delay during very busy windows.
When a hyperlocal order went missing on Pidge, getting timely help was the real problem, responses were slow and we ended up refunding the customer ourselves. For a delivery-tech platform, responsive support during a live issue is essential and it just wasn't there. Disappointing given the otherwise neat product.

We onboarded Pidge for hyperlocal deliveries and during our busy evening hours rider availability dried up, leaving orders unassigned for too long. The platform itself is clean but if the supply of riders isn't there when we need it, the tech doesn't help. Lost a few sales because of it.

Pidge's dashboard for managing last-mile orders is genuinely well designed and aggregating delivery partners is a smart idea. In practice though, delivery times swing a lot depending on which partner gets assigned, and a few orders were delayed without clear updates. I see the potential but it's not fully there yet.
