Ozon continues to impress me. I ordered a kettle, some books and a phone case and everything was ready at my local pickup point within a day. The app showed me exactly which locker and the code worked first try. Prices were lower than the shops nearby and the whole process felt effortless. Genuinely my favourite way to shop.

Really let down by Ozon this time. I received a power bank that wouldn't charge at all, but my return request was rejected because they claimed the issue was 'customer-caused' despite photos showing it dead on arrival.
