The Oura ring itself is superb and the data has changed how I manage my sleep. My only frustration is that the full insights now sit behind a monthly subscription on top of the ring price. The hardware deserves five stars, but paying again to unlock features I expected knocks off a point.

Insightful trends, discreet design
I am really happy with my Oura ring and the activity tracking is more accurate than I expected. The one annoyance was getting the sizing right β the sizing kit helped but my first ring still felt slightly loose and I had to arrange a swap. Once sorted, it has been excellent.
