The social commerce idea behind Otipy works well and the produce variety is nice, including some greens my local shop never stocks. But the delivery window keeps slipping and I've had vegetables show up by noon instead of the morning. Genuinely torn because the produce is decent.

Otipy is genuinely a mixed bag for me. When the fruits are good they're really good and cheaper than the local mandi, but roughly a third of my orders have a bruised or overripe item. I keep using it for the savings but I'm never fully sure what I'll get.
Otipy promises farm-fresh produce but my last two orders had wilted coriander and spotted tomatoes that I had to throw out the same day. For a platform built around freshness this was disappointing. The prices are good but quality has to match.
